Abstract

The jacket described in parent patent is modified and the pockets are distributed so that none of them is positioned on the back of the jacket in the zone of the waist of the wearer. The harness consists of 2 belts which are attached at their upper ends to the zone of the resistant fabric at the base of the neck. These form braces between their upper ends and the parts passing through the rings securing them to the resistant fabric in the waist zone, and they form a girdle between these rings and their extremities, one of which has a buckle. The load contained in the pockets is distributed where it can be most easily supported, below the neck, without it becoming irksome with the passage of time, and without restricting the liberty of action of the wearer.
