Abstract

The connector is in three parts and has a tightening nut (300) which screws onto the adaptor (100). The adaptor has an enternal thread and a parallel bore (118) which changes into a taper bore (120). A spacer sleeve (200) fits between the hose and the nut. The sleeve has a collar which fits inside the adaptor and en external flange between the nut and the adaptor. The inside of the spacer has several rows of ribs to grip the hose.
