Abstract

L'invention concerne une structure de bâtiment à éléments préfabriqués. La structure de l'invention est remarquable en ce qu'elle comporte une ossature porteuse en béton formée de poteaux verticaux à sections cruciforme et de poutres horizontales reposant directement sur lesdits poteaux, une pluralité de longrines horizontales en béton reliant les extrémités inférieures des poteaux à section cruciforme sur la périphérie du bâtiment, et des panneaux de façade verticaux non porteurs reposant directement sur les longrines par leur bord inférieur et fixés aux poutres horizontales de l'ossature porteuse en leur bord supérieur. Application notamment à la construction de groupes scolaires.
