Abstract
Food prod. consists of a pastry case filled with sauce or thickened cream with a suitable garnish. It is frozen without cooking or baking. A typical prod. is a pastry base covered in bechamel sauce, garnished with thin slices of tomato and pieces of tuna fish, sprinkled with grated cheese and melted butter, then frozen or cooked.
