Abstract

La liaison entre les couches contiguës d'oxyde de silicium SiOx , où 1 > x > 2, et d'argent est ameliorée par l'interposition d'une couche mince de chrome, de nickel ou d'Inconel. L'ensemble forme un filtre à interférence qui trouve son application dans la fabrication d'articles réfléchissant l'infrarouge, tels que des lentilles ou des écrans protecteurs pour soudeurs.
