Abstract

The hook mechanism secures a domestic oven inside a piece of furniture, e.g. under a kitchen table, or within modular kitchen units. It comprises two pairs of components sliding in each other to aid the making of the gas connections and ensure accurate positioning of the burner controls. One component (1) of each pair can be fixed on the oven body (13), and the other (2) in the furniture accommodating it. This gives accurate positioning of the stopcock fixed to the furniture and the oven supply ramp. Thus, rigid pipe can be used for the connection to give the necessary security.
