Abstract

Selon l'invention, l'appareil comporte un étrier coxal 1 qui se fixe au moyen de broches 3 sur les ailes des os iliaques 2. Un distracteur 10, qui peut effectuer des déplacements de réglage dans deux plans perpendiculaires l'un à l'autre, à savoir le plan frontal et le plan sagittal, est relié à l'étrier coxal; un dispositif articulé Il à 15 permet la fixation du distracteur sur l'os fémoraL L'utilisation de cet appareil assure le soulagement complet de l'articulation coxo-fémorale au cours de sa guérison D'autre part, cet appareil peut assurer la réduction graduelle et dosée de la luxation fémorale, puis la rééducation dosée de l'articulation.
