Abstract

The sealed fire - and heat-resistant container protects fragile and/or dangerous items during storage and transit. It comprises an external metal casing, inside which is a packing of mineral wool, with cladding glued to its face towards the casing. This cladding comprises, from the inside, a layer of paper, one of plastics, and one of aluminium. On its other face, the cladding has a coating of expanding material which is resistant to high temperatures, and is desired also a coat of paint, likewise resistant to high temperatures.
