Abstract

The ball- or roller-type clutch thrust bearing has an inner race with radial flange and fixing devices accommodating a spring working with a two-arm clutch fork actuating the bearing. The spring (3) has two side portions (8) in direct contact with the sides of the fork arms (10), centre the fork (2) in relation to the bearing. These portions can be secured in place by devices on the radial flange of the inner bearing race. They can clamp the fork arms from the outside, having two sections running in the axial direction by which they are secured to the flange.
