Détecteur d'infrarouge à dispositif pyroélectrique en polymère. Il comporte un transistor à effet de champ monté en circuit de conversion d'impédance. La structure décrite évite l'écrêtage des signaux émis constaté dans certains cas dans les détecteurs existants.
