Abstract

The machine for prepg. expresso coffee and other hot drinks consists of a heating container (2) contg. an oily liq. of a mineral or vegetable base and which can withstand temps. of higher than one hundred and ten degrees. The heater container (2) has a coil (3) in it where the water circulates. A thin cross-sectioned, second coil produces steam. The container (2) is heated by an electric resistance (4) with a thermostatic regulator. The steam-producing coil is controlled by a tap placed in front of the heater container (2). The water pressure is controlled by a pressure reducer and manometer. The hot water prodn. is controlled by a tap (9) with decompression system.
