Abstract

Appareil d'infusion d'une boisson, dans lequel un dispositif de sécurité lui évite d'atteindre une température dangereuse. Il comprend un corps chauffant destiné à porter de l'eau à la température d'infusion d'une boisson. Le corps chauffant est logé dans une enveloppe comportant une cloison délimitant une ouverture d'accès. Un dispositif de sécurité monté sur le corps chauffant limite sa température à une valeur de sécurité maximale dans le cas d'un mauvais fonctionnement du thermostat normal de commande. Le dispositif de sécurité comprend un élément de ré-enclenchement manoeuvrable à la main et auquel il est possible d'accéder par l'ouverture pour remettre en fonctionnement la bobine chauffante de l'appareil. Application aux cafetières électriques.
