Abstract
L'invention concerne un connecteur de fibres optiques et un procédé de couplage d'une ligne de transmission à fibres optiques avec un circuit micro-électronique. Le connecteur comporte un corps tubulaire dans lequel sont usinés avec précision deux alésages coaxiaux et une ouverture d'alignement. Une plaque transparente placée dans l'ouverture présente une surface à proximité de l'extrémité d'une ligne de fibres optiques et l'autre surface à proximité d'un convertisseur électro-optique, tel qu'une diode électroluminescente. Application notamment à un dispositif de transmission par fibres optiques.
