Abstract

Glycoprotéine isolée de l'urine de sujets normaux, qui agit sur les cellules granulopoïétiques de la moelle de l'os humain, stimulant ainsi la prolifération et la différentiation de ces cellules pour former des granulocytes. La glycoprotéine produit une couleur caractéristique des saccharides dans la réaction à l' alpha -naphthol-acide sulfurique, dans la réaction à l'indol-acide sulfurique, dans la réaction à l'anthrone-acide sulfurique et dans la réaction au phénol-acide sulfurique, et une couleur caractéristique des liaisons amino et polypeptides dans la réaction de Lowry-Folin et dans la réaction à ninhydrine après hydrolyse par l'acide chlorhydrique Application en médecine.
