Abstract

La présente invention concerne les installations de remplissage à dosage pondéral à pesage net. Le procédé comporte les étapes d'effectuer une première pesée d'un récipient vide 100 sur une première balance 20, de transférer le récipient ainsi pesé, par au moins un poste de remplissage intermédiaire 1, jusqu'à un poste de remplissage final sur une seconde balance 21, un signal image de la première pesée fourni par un détecteur 35 étant comparé au signal image de la seconde pesée du même récipient fourni par un détecteur 36 en étant transitoirement mis en mémoire dans un registre à décalage 39 pour commander, par un dispositif de commande 41**n, la tête de remplissage 23**n du poste de remplissage final. La première balance 20 est tarée avec une masse 49 correspondant au poids d'un emballage vide, la seconde balance 21 étant tarée en outre avec une masse 50 correspondant au poids de produit à introduire dans l'emballage et avec une masse de compensation 51. Application notamment au remplissage à grande cadence d'emballages ou de fûts de poids propre important.
