Abstract

L'addition a pour objet un procédé et une installation de fabrication d'une tubulure d'attente sur une paroi de très forte épaisseur. Selon l'addition, constituant une variante du brevet principal, on réalise dans la paroi épaisse un orifice centré sur l'axe de la tubulure à obtenir, puis on chauffe la tôle sur la partie entourant l'orifice à une température comprise entre celle correspondant au point de transformation A3 et celle correspondant à la température de forge, on exerce à l'endroit de l'orifice une traction circulaire monodimensionnelle avec enfoncement, puis l'on déforme l'ensemble obtenu, sans le comprimer, de manière à lui conférer sa forme définitive. L'invention s'applique spécialement à la formation de tubulures sur les viroles constituant une paroi de cuve nucléaire.
