Abstract

L'invention concerne un outil de forage. L'outil de forage de l'invention comporte une tige 1 et au moins deux pièces rapportées de coupe 3, 13 interchangeables, disposées chacune dans un évidement pratiqué sur la face frontale de la tige 1 et comportant chacune plusieurs tranchants 3b, 13b de même longueur, le tranchant d'au moins une des pièces rapportées de coupe 3, 13 étant immédiatement adjacent à l'axe de forage M ou le dépassant légèrement. L'outil de l'invention est utilisé pour forer des trous dans la matière métallique pleine de pièces à usiner.
