Abstract

L'invention concerne un amortisseur télescopique de train de tiges de forage, qui comporte un double dispositif à ressorts pour étouffer les vibrations et les percussions pendant le forage. Le premier dispositif à ressorts agit en compression lorsque la charge appliquée au trépan à travers l'amortisseur dépasse la force de pression de fluide qui tend à mettre l'amortisseur en extension, et le second agit en compression dans le cas contraire. Un organe à cannelures transmet le couple de rotation du corps à l'enveloppe de l'amortisseur. Des joints étanches entre ces deux éléments délimitent un espace clos rempli de lubrifiant, dont la pression s'égalise avec celle du fluide de forage. L'invention s'applique en particulier aux travaux de forage peu profonds ou comportant une faible charge sur le trépan.
