Abstract

Ce dispositif comprend un boîtier, ou carter, orienté perpendiculairement à la direction de déplacement de l'engin, une série d'organes tranchants disposés au-dessus de ce boîtier et tournant sur ce dernier, ces organes tranchants étant agencés pour tourner autour d'axes perpendiculaires et comprenant chacun un porte-lame et une lame portée par ce dernier, un mécanisme d'entraînement disposé dans le boîtier pour entraîner en rotation les organes tranchants et au moins un dispositif de formation d'andains. Ce dispositif de fauchage est caractérisé en ce que l'organe de formation d'andains 57 est constitué par un transporteur 63 à vis sans fin qui tourne autour d'un axe horizontal, ce transporteur étant entraîné vers le bas sur sa face avant et entraînant les végétaux fauchés perpendiculairement au déplacement du dispositif, et par un écran 74 qui délimite un canal de transfert au bas et sur la face arrière du transporteur à vis.
