Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé d'obtention d'antigène de surface de l'hépatite B (en abrégé HB.Ag) à partir de liquide biologique tiré de donneurs humains ayant souffert d'hépatite B. Ce procédé est caractérisé par le fait que l'on traite le liquide par le sulfate d'ammonium en quantité suffisante pour précipiter une fraction d'antigène comprenant du HB.Ag, que l'on soumet la fraction précipitée une striation isopycnique et à une striation zonale vitesse et que l'on récupère un HB.Ag d'une gamme de masse volumique d'environ 1,13 à 1,16 g/ml. Le procédé permet d'obtenir des accroissements notables de productivité et un coût de fonctionnement notablement réduit
