Abstract

L'invention concerne un ensemble rotor à utiliser avec une centrifugeuse. Selon l'invention, le rotor 16 comprend une section inférieure 50 ayant au mois deux cavités 54, 56, une section supérieure 52 attachée amovible à la section 50, et une chemise rotor 64 ayant une partie inférieure et une partie supérieure, la partie supérieure ayant une chambre centrale 80 et une chambre annulaire 78 pour recevoir un échantillon fluide, la chemise étant placée dans la section 50, les chambres 78 et 80 formant une jonction annulaire d'étanchéité dans la chemise contre laquelle la partie supérieure de la chemise est comprimée quand la section 52 est fixée à la section 50, la partie inférieure de la chemise étant espacée du fond des cavités quand le rotor est stationnaire et étant fléchie vers le fond des cavités quand il tourne, afin que la jonction annulaire s'éloigne de la partie supérieure de la chemise pour établir une communication de fluide entre les chambres. L'invention s'applique notamment à la séparation du chyle et du sérum sanguin.
