Abstract

Perfectionnements apportés à des installations de décapage acide de fils métalliques pour les rendre étanches aux vapeurs acides. L'invention est relative à un capot 21 délimitant une enceinte de décapage 9 dont les ouvertures amont 22 et aval 23 sont obturées par respectivement des rideaux d'eau 18 et 20. L'invention peut être utilisée sur des installations de décapage à l'acide chlorhydrique de fils d'acier, avant revêtement de ces derniers.
