Abstract

The temporary screen may be used to seal and separate working areas during the interior reconstruction of domestic dwellings. Top and bottom frame rails are provided in similar lengths each with tubular vertical spigots sliding onto telescopic posts. Inter panel connections provide for swivelling about vertical axes, the rails having continuous rubber pads which bear on the floor and ceiling. Screw-jacks are used to wedge the posts in position with pincer springs effecting seals between floating end posts and walls. A fabric sheet with or without door flaps is mounted on the frame, and a ground sheet may be included.
