Abstract

A vehicle with double head lamps has the reflectors mounted side by side. It order to adjust the reflectors of both lamps there are in all four adjusting screws. Two of the screws are common to both reflectors, whilst one of the remaining two screws adjusts only first reflector and the other screw adjusts only the second reflector. One of the screws is a differential screw which adjusts one reflector with respect to the other. This method of adjusting the reflectors of double headlamps reduces the number of adjusting screws to a minimum but still achieves a high degree of accuracy.
