Abstract

The coupling bar has a central part (1) extended by a yoke (2) at each end which can receive the lower link (3) of a tractor securing pins (4) passing through the outer arms of the yoke and enter a bore in the central part. The pin is retained by lever (7) engaging in bracket (8) where it is locked by a pin. The tool has hooks (11, 11') with a spring loaded latch over the mouth of the hook. Introduction of central part (1) pivots the latch away from the mouth enabling the central part to enter and the latch closes over it.
