Abstract
Procédé de séparation de méthacroléine et/ou d'acide méthacrylique à partir de solutions aqueuses les contenant et nouveaux produits ainsi obtenus. Dans ce procédé, on introduit le mélange réactionnel gazeux provenant d'un réacteur, où la réaction en phase gazeuse de la méthacroléine et de l'oxygène a été effectuée, dans un condenseur où le mélange réactionnel est mis en contact direct avec une partie de la liqueur condensée préalablement obtenue à une température non supérieure à 100 degrés C, on introduit le gaz résultant dans le fond d'une tour d'absorption de méthacroléine, à une température non supérieure à 30 degrés C où méthacroléine dans le gaz est absorbée dans une solution aqueuse ne contenant pas moins de 5% en poids d'acide méthacrylique, et on envoie la solution aqueuse d'acide méthacrylique contenant la méthacroléine, obtenue à partir du fond de la tour, au sommet d'une tour d'enlèvement de méthacroléine, tout en introduisant la liqueur condensée dans la partie médiane ou le sommet de la tour d'enlèvement, où un gaz inerte, tel que de l'azote ou de l'air, est fourni au fond de la tour. La présente invention est particulièrement utile pour fournir un procédé de séparation et de récupération d'acide méthacrylique et de méthacroléine, avec une grande efficacité, lors de la production d'acide méthacrylique en soumettant la méthacroléine, dans des conditions réactionnelles appropriées, à une oxydation en phase gazeuse avec de l'oxygène moléculaire.Process for the separation of methacrolein and / or methacrylic acid from aqueous solutions containing them and new products thus obtained.
