Abstract
La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'électrodes positives pour cellules non aqueuses. Du dioxyde de manganèse est utilisé comme matériau actif et on lui ajoute un liant et une solution d'un agent visqueux décomposé à une température inférieure au point de fusion du liant, formant ainsi une pâte. Le traitement thermique s'effectue en deux étapes : d'abord à la température de décomposition de l'agent visqueux sous atmosphère oxydante, ensuite à la température du point de fusion du liant sous vide. Comme le montre la figure ci-dessous, la durée de décharge d'une cellule A, selon l'invention, est supérieure à la durée de décharge d'une cellule B selon l'art antérieur. Application au domaine des piles électriques.
