L'invention concerne un capot 17 pour connecteur plat 10 encartable du type muni à ses extrémités de trous de fixation 16 permettant de fixer le connecteur sur une paroi 11 d'une baie. Le capot comporte des ouvertures de sortie des extrémités du connecteur de dimensions suffisantes pour accéder aux trous 16 de fixation. Application notamment aux installations de télécommunications.
