Abstract

Gazéificateur à courant de charbon entretenu. Le procédé d'exploitation selon l'invention consiste essentiellement à introduire du charbon frais dans une zone d'élimination à basse température des produits volatils en un emplacement situé en aval de la zone de réduction, de façon à éliminer les constituants volatils de ce charbon frais et à refroidir le courant de gaz à une température inférieure à celle à laquelle une réaction de gazéification des produits de carbonisation a lieu. Application à la production de gaz combustible.
