Abstract

On chauffe la charge 6 et un courant d'hydrogène 7 et on admet une portion du mélange dans une zone de conversion 1 contenant du catalyseur; on introduit une second portion du mélange dont l'écoulement est étranglé en 11 dans une seconde zone de conversion II contenant également du catalyseur; on combine les effluents des deux zones, celui de la zone I étant étranglé en 13, et on les introduit dans la troisième zone III après chauffage en 15; de la dernière zone IV, d'où on soutire au moins périodiquement les particules du catalyseur en 4 et 5, on recueille un effluent 21 séparé en un courant de produit normalement liquide 25 et une phase gazeuse riche en hydrogène dont au moins une partie est recyclée en 7 à la zone I. Le prodédé est applicable, en particulier au reforming catalytique des hydrocarbures et notamment de ceux bouillant dans l'intervalle d'ébullition des naphtas.
