Abstract

L'invention concerne un boîtier émetteur-détecteur de rayonnement Selon l'invention, le boîtier 10 comprend un élément de base métallique 12 ayant deux surfaces planes opposées 14. Sur une surface de l'élément de base 12 est monté un bloc 16 ayant une première projection 18 sur laquelle est monté un détecteur de rayonnement 32, et une seconde projection 20 sur laquelle est monté un dispositif électroluminescent 26. Le plan de la région de recombinaison du dispositif électroluminescent 26 est sensiblement perpendiculaire à la surface incidente de rayonnement 34 du détecteur 32. Le dispositif électroluminescent 26 est du type ayant une émission primaire dans une première direction et une émission secondaire dans une direction différente ou secondaire, la surface incidente de radiation 34 étant dans le chemin optique de l'émission secondaire. L'invention s'applique notamment dans un circuit de contre réaction pour réguler le courant de polarisation d'un dispositif électroluminescent tel qu'un laser.
