Abstract

L'invention a pour objet un mélange sec pour la préparation de boissons. Ce mélange se caractérise en ce qu'il comprend un substrat facilement soluble sur lequel est fixée de la carboxyméthylcellulose de façon à ce que lorsqu'on le disperse dans une solution aqueuse ladite carboxyméthylcellulose se dissolve rapidement et un acide alimentaire dans une proportion suffisante pour amener le pH de la boisson à base de lait au-dessous d'environ 5.
