Nouveaux glycopeptides acétylés hydrosolubles extraits de corps microbiens lyses d'Escherichia Coli, caractérisés en ce qu'ils ont un poids moléculaire apparent supérieur à 1000 et inférieur ou egal à 200 000, renfermant au moins 25 % de substances à pouvoir biurétogène et au moins 30 % d'oses neutres, ne renferment pas d'acide diaminopimélique et présentent un maximum d'absorption dans l'ultraviolet à environ 210 m mu . Procédé de préparation et application à titre de médicaments de ces nouveaux glycopeptides acétylés.New water-soluble acetylated glycopeptides extracted from lysed microbial bodies of Escherichia Coli, characterized in that they have an apparent molecular weight greater than 1000 and less than or equal to 200,000, containing at least 25% of substances with biuretogenic power and at least 30 % neutral oses, do not contain diaminopimelic acid and have a maximum absorption in the ultraviolet at about 210 m mu.
