Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé de séparation des isotopes de l'uranium. Le procédé consiste à vaporiser des composés d'uranyle pour former une vapeur à une tension de vapeur d'au moins 0,1 mm de mercure, à irradier le composé d'uranyle vaporisé à une longueur d'onde de 810 à 1 116 cm**-1 pour former une portion sélectivement excitée du composé d'uranyle enrichie en l'un des isotopes d'uranyle puis à séparer cette portion enrichie. Elle concerne également des composés d'uranyle volatils utilisés dans ce procédé. Il s'agit de certains sels hexafluoracétylacétoniques de UO2 **+2 complexés avec certains coordinats neutres tels que l'isopropanol, le n-propanol, l'éthanol, l'isobutanol, le tertiobutanol, le méthane, le tétrahydrofuranne, l'acétone et l'acétate d'éthyle.
