Abstract
L'invention est relative à un procédé de préparation d'une enzyme, l' alpha -glycérophosphate oxydase, par extraction à partir de micro-organismes. On utilise un micro-organisme de la famille des Lactobacillaceae, notamment l'espèce Streptococcus faecalis, qu'on cultive dans un milieu de fermentation contenant un pyruvate et un stimulant de fermentation de l' alpha -glycérophosphate oxydase, tel que le glycérol ou un autre polyoL Le milieu de fermentation peut contenir en outre, du glucose, qui produit un effet de synergie, avec le pyruvate, sur la production d' alpha -glycérophosphate oxydase. Application à l'obtention d' alpha -glycérophosphate oxydase avec des rendements élevés tels que donnés par la figure annexée.
