Abstract

Dispositif mélangeur comprenant deux parties formant guides d'ondes qui, destinées à transmettre respectivement un signal d'entrée à transposer sur une bande de fréquence plus basse et un signal délivré par un oscillateur local, débouchent dans un espace où se trouve un premier semi-conducteur au moyen duquel est obtenu un signal de sortie dont les fréquences constituent une combinaison linéaire des fréquences du signal d'entrée et de la fréquence de l'oscillateur local. Le semi-conducteur est monté sans blindage sur un substrat muni en outre de deux lignes de transmission pour micro-ondes qui connectent le semi-conducteur aux deux parties formant guides d'ondes. L'invention est applicable notamment à des récepteurs radar.
