Cette broche, qui est constituée d'un corps généralement creux et cylindrique, se caractérise en ce qu'elle comporte une fente longitudinale 6 s'étendant de l'extremité distale jusque sensiblement au tronçon d'extrémité proximale 3, 22, et en ce que le tronçon d'extrémité proximale est pourvu d'un filetage interne 7, 26 et d'une extrémité généralement élargie en cône 8, 27, adjacente audit filetage. c. Prothèse chirurgicale.
