Abstract

Cet interrupteur-disjoncteur miniaturisé est du type à bilame. Il comprend, à l'interieur d'un boîtier 2, un contact fixe 8, et un contact mobile 7 porté par la bilame 5 et situé en regard du contact fixe 8. Dans une glissière 9 du boîtier est monté un coulisseau 10 qui est soumis à l'action d'un ressort 14 et qui porte un contact intermédiaire 11 et une languette isolante 13. Lorsque la bilame 5 est au repos, le contact intermédiaire 11 est placé entre le contact fixe 8 et le contact mobile 7, et est retenu dans cette position à l'encontre de la force élastique du ressort 14. En cas de surintensité, la déflexion de la bilame 5 libère le contact intermédiaire 11 et permet au ressort 14 de déplacer le coulisseau 10 vers une position dans laquelle l'élément isolant 13 vient entre le contact fixe 8 et le contact mobile 7. Un ergot 18 porté par le coulisseau 10 permet le réarmement. Applications avec chauffage direct ou indirect de la bilame.
