Abstract
The arrangement allows pulse length modulation of the flow in one output of a fluidic element. The deflection chambers (13, 14) in the fluid element are connected with each other via a resistance unit to ensure that the flow oscillates between the output channels (11, 12) belonging to the fluid element. A line is connected to each output and a line is connected to each deflection chamber. The two lines from the outputs and the two lines from the deflection chambers are each connected to a capacitance unit (2, 3) via a resistance unit (4). The medium flowing through the resistance unit is separated from the flow medium.
