Abstract

Le congélateur comporte un tambour rotatif creux dans lequel circule un fluide réfrigérant et sur lequel est déposé le produit à congeler. Le tambour 1 est muni, sur sa face interne 1b, d'ailettes radiales 11 et, dans l'épaisseur de sa paroi, d'un logement 14 destiné à recevoir une sonde de température 15. L'invention s'applique en particulier à la congélation de produits à lyophiliser.
