Abstract

Procédé de préparation de béton cellulaire durci à la vapeur. On prépare un mélange brut de chaux et ciment comme liant avec une proportion de chaux supérieure à celle du ciment, d'additif silicate et de sulfate de calcium, et l'on transforme ce mélange en béton cellulaire durci à la vapeur. On ajoute du sulfate de calcium dans des proportions telles que la teneur totale en sulfate du produit final, exprimée en SO3 , soit de 2 à 5 % en poids de la masse sèche sans pertes de calcination, et l'on broie au moins une partie des composants que sont l'additif silicate et le sulfate de calcium au moins en commun. Application à la production de bétons de qualité constante, d'excellente résistance à la compression.
