Abstract

L'invention concerne l'insertion d'articles épais dans chacun des plis d'un assemblage continu. Selon l'invention, l'assemblage continu est réalisé de façon connue par collage des bords latéraux d'une pluralité de feuillets mais le collage entre deux feuillets successifs donnés est supprimé, ainsi que les collages transversaux, pour que l'assemblage se présente en deux nappes aisément séparables dans une déliasseuse classique. Après le passage dans l'imprimante les deux nappes sont séparées et suivant des circuits parallèles avant d'être réunies à nouveau à l'entrée d'une presse. Au cours de son circuit particulier l'une des nappes reçoit les encollages non réalisés initiallement (ou un simple mouillage si l'on a prévu des traits de gommage) et sur chaque volet de la nappe inférieure est déposé l'un des articles à insérer. Cette disposition est particulièrement indiquée pour le routage des revues ou autres périodiques.The invention relates to the insertion of thick articles into each of the plies of a continuous assembly.
