Abstract

L'invention concerne la trempe des tuyaux métalliques. Elle propose un procédé dans lequel on fait passer un tuyau autour d'une buse fixe émettant des jets de liquide refroidissant dans des directions inclinées sur un plan de section droite du tuyau et sur les directions radiales associées à chaque jet de façon à former un écoulement hélicoïdal du liquide de refroidissement sur la face interne du tuyau. Application à la trempe des tuyaux.
