Abstract

Procédé de préparation de carbamates de formule générale : R'-NH-COOR où R' représente un reste alkyle ramifié ou non ramifié ayant jusqu'à 4 atomes de carbone et R**2 représente un reste phényle ou naphtyle. le cas échéant substitué une ou plusieurs fois par un reste alkyle, alcoxy, alkyl- ou dialkvlamino, alkvlthio ou un atome d'halogène, un reste alkyle en C5 à C12 à chaîne droite ou ramifiée, eventuellement substitué par un groupe phénoxy, dans lequel on fait réagir des chlorures d'acide carbamique avec des composés hydroxylés en l'absence d'un solvant et d'un accepteur de chlorure d'hydrogène. On fait réagir à une température comprise entre la température ambiante et 150 degrés C un composé hydroxylé de formule R**2OH où R**2 a les significations indiquées plus haut, et dont le point de fusion est inférieur à 120 degrés C à l'etat liquide, avec un chlorure d'acide carbamique de formule R**1-NH-CO-C1 où R' a la signification indiquée plus haut.Process for preparing carbamates of the general formula: R'-NH-COOR where R 'represents a branched or unbranched alkyl residue having up to 4 carbon atoms and R ** 2 represents a phenyl or naphthyl residue. optionally substituted one or more times by an alkyl, alkoxy, alkyl- or dialklamino, alkylthio or halogen atom, a straight or branched chain C5 to C12 alkyl residue, optionally substituted by a phenoxy group, in which carbamic acid chlorides are reacted with hydroxyl compounds in the absence of a solvent and a hydrogen chloride acceptor.
