Abstract

The invention relates to an easily collapsible working platform which can be extended to four times its packing length and is supported in a self-clamping manner by two support stands (18), inclined towards each other in a mirror-inverted manner, between in each case two crossmembers (20). In this arrangement, the working platform comprises two push-in frames (12) which are connected to each other by a hinge and are received, such that they can be displaced telescopically, in each case in a bearing frame (16). Bearing frames (16) and push-in frames (12) each comprise U-profiles and box-shaped profiles, respectively, which are connected to one another by metal sheets (26 and 34, respectively) upon which it is possible to walk. Push-in frames and bearing frames may be fixed at any desired extension length by means of a locking device.
