Abstract

Selon le procédé de la présente invention, on utilise de l'hydrogène en présence d'un catalyseur au nickel avec, en tant que catalyseur, du nickel sur support en oxyde de titane avec un rapport pondéral nickel : support compris entre 1,5 et 4,5. Utilisation notamment pour l'hydrogénation particulièrement sélective des huiles alimentaires végétales.
