Abstract

Bloc chauffant pour moulage par injection d'un matière plastique. Ce bloc comprend une partie intérieure 24 ayant une surface extérieure cylindrique 26 et comportant un passage central d'injection 44 communiquant par des canaux radiaux 46 avec les trous d'injection 48 débouchant dans les cavités de moulage 50 de la plaque à cavités multiples 14, cette partie médiane étant montée dans un logement cylindrique de la plaque 14 avec interposition d'un manchon isolant 54. Un élément chauffant électrique peut être incorporé à la partie supérieure ou être fixé à celle-ci. Ce bloc chauffant convient en particulier pour l'injection du chlorure de polyvinyle, de polycarbonate, de polyesters et autres.
