Abstract
L'invention décrit la production d'un catalyseur à base de TiCl3 , pour la polymérisation stéréorégulière des alpha-oléfines. On réduit le tétrachlorure de titane avec un composé organique de métal, puis on traite le produit obtenu avec un hydrocarbure chloré ayant au moins 2 C, comme l'hexachloréthane, le pentachchloréthane, le tétrachloréthane, le trichloréthane etc., en présence d'un agent de complexation et d'un complexe (préformé) d'un éther (aliphatique ou aromatique) et du trichlorure d'aluminium. On obtient, avec une grande activité catalytique et un rendement élevé en du polymère stéréorégulier, des homo- ou des co-polymères d'alpha-oléfines (propylène ou éthylène/propylène).The invention describes the production of a TiCl3-based catalyst for the stereoregular polymerization of alpha-olefins. The titanium tetrachloride is reduced with an organic metal compound, then the product obtained is treated with a chlorinated hydrocarbon having at least 2 C, such as hexachloroethane, pentachloroethane, tetrachloroethane, trichloroethane etc., in the presence of a complexing agent and a complex (preformed) of an ether (aliphatic or aromatic) and aluminum trichloride. With high catalytic activity and high yield of stereoregular polymer, alpha-olefin homo- or co-polymers (propylene or ethylene / propylene) are obtained.
