Abstract

The baby carrying sling is made of two identical textile bands (2, 3) and joined one to the other along their length by a short seam (12) approx. a quarter distance of their total individual length. The bands, in their greater length pass under the carrying person's arms and fasten on the back (13, 14, 15). The sling is for babies from birth to three months, an age at which other baby slings are not generally recommended. The child's head can be turned to either left or right.
