Abstract

Dispositif pour le raccordement de conducteurs à un connecteur électrique. Le dispositif selon la présente invention permet de monter des conducteurs dans un connecteur électrique à contacts multiples où chaque conducteur peut être aligné avec son contact respectif avant les opérations finales de coupe et d'insertion des conducteurs. Il permet aussi une mise en place précise d'un outil d'insertion par rapport à chaque contact du connecteur et comprend un organe de mise en place et un organe de cisaillement pour l'insertion et la coupe des conducteurs. Le dispositif comprend une base 10 et un outil d'insertion 12. La base comprend un support du connecteur 20 à contacts multiples, un peigne fixe 16 et un peigne rétractable 18 comportant des dents qui définissent des fentes 24 recevant les conducteurs, un moyen de cisaillement, et un moyen de percement d'isolant. Application au raccordement de conducteurs électriques à un connecteur à contacts multiples.
